• fresh spinach leaves
• shaved carrot
• zesty sprouts
• very thinly sliced apple
• ground chickpeas (with vegenaise, freshly squeezed lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a drop of liquid smoke)

all in a tomato & basil wrap (i love wegmans for selling these for such little money!)

we just bought a bottle of liquid smoke. i’ve heard about it from everywhere, but never thought i’d actually buy it. i found it by accident when i was looking around the grocery store for some barbeque sauce - it was only $1.50, and the smell of it is so amazing. try some for yourself!
