lolabug039 asked: You may have answered a question like this already, but I couldn't find it. :) I was a vegetarian for two and a half years, but I couldn't get enough protein into my diet and started to get really unhealthy- so I stopped. How do you sneak protein into your diet? I'd love to go back to a vegetarian lifestyle.

it’s definitely a struggle, but I go for whole grains, nuts, soy based foods, lots of beans, spinach, tofu and tempeh, and try and alternate the ways I make things so I don’t get bored. :) go veggie!
